Iakovos Angelis

Ιakovos Angelis is an experienced video editor and colorist with long-standing and proven involvement in television and cinema, having held positions of increased responsibility in television broadcasters, academic institutions, and independent productions. He possesses comprehensive expertise in video and color processing, directing, cinematography, photography, visual effects, and graphic design, and is distinguished by his strong organizational skills and systematic engagement across all stages of the production process (pre-production, production, post-production). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Photography and Audiovisual Arts, a master’s degree in Culture and Documentary Film Production, and is also a Certified Trainer for Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve.

 
 
 

Dimitris Kapiniaris

Dimitris Kapiniaris is a 3D artist with extensive professional experience in the field of audiovisual and digital production. He was born in Athens and studied 3D & Multimedia Design at AKTO. Since 2009, he has been professionally active in the production of television and online advertising, as well as in architectural visualizations (architectural visualization – arch-viz). He possesses advanced technical expertise in the creation of 3D models and materials (modeling, texturing, shading), lighting and simulations, as well as rendering and post-production. In parallel, he maintains a strong interest in design using both traditional and digital media, and in the study of the visual arts, with particular emphasis on painting and cinema.

Andronikos Karakatsanis

Andronikos Karakatsanis is an experienced camera operator and video editor with a long-standing and continuous professional presence in television and audiovisual production since 1998. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and began his professional career as an assistant camera operator, later progressing to camera operator and editor. He has worked extensively on documentaries, television commercials, TV series, feature-length films, music videos, and current affairs programs, collaborating with television broadcasters, production studios, and major events such as the Athens Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2004. He possesses strong technical expertise in cinematography, editing, and director of photography work, with excellent command of Avid and DaVinci Resolve.

Babis Makris

Charalampos (Babis) Makris is a professional sound engineer with long-standing and continuous experience in the fields of audiovisual culture, music, and digital documentation. He is a graduate of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean and holds a Certificate in Pedagogical Training from ASPAITE, with his undergraduate thesis focusing on podcasting. Since 2015, he has been actively collaborating as an external associate with the Laboratory of Image, Sound, and Cultural Representation, and has participated in research projects related to the digitization, documentation, and promotion of the musical and cultural heritage of the North Aegean.

He has extensive professional experience in sound recording, audio editing and mixing, sound design, and live streaming, having collaborated with documentary festivals, museums, cultural organizations, and international productions. In parallel, he is active as a musician and sound engineer in live music ensembles and has undertaken roles in short- and feature-length documentaries, interactive 3D applications, and educational projects. He has excellent command of audio post-production software such as Blackmagic Design Fairlight, Adobe Audition, and Reaper, a very good command of the English language, and a strong interest in foley art, animation, cinema, and contemporary live broadcasting and audience interaction technologies.

 
 
 

Giorgos Rizopoulos

Giorgos Rizopoulos is an architect and a professional in the field of 3D graphics and digital visualization. He was born in Athens and studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, as well as Interior Design at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (TEI of Athens). He has undertaken studies for private residences and the restoration of listed heritage buildings, and has worked as an architect at the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, within the Directorate of Studies for Museums and Cultural Buildings.

His involvement with 3D graphics began during his architecture studies, initially as a tool for three-dimensional architectural visualization. Gradually, he expanded his expertise into areas such as animation, modeling, and character setup (rigging). He is professionally active in the creation of 3D digital representations of cultural and historical subjects for Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) presentations.

He has extensive experience and strong technical expertise as a modeler and animator, with excellent command of Autodesk Maya. His additional interests include the study of historical subjects, directing, and music.
